Job summary

Cascades in Lancaster is seeking a General Labor associate to support production and packaging of corrugated boxes. You will perform general labor tasks, assist machine operators, and help meet customer specifications while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

The role offers overnight shifts Sunday-Thursday with 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, weekly pay, PPE, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or general labor experience.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift overnight.
• Reliable transportation to the Lancaster facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and production duties as assigned.
• Assist with machine operations as needed to meet production goals.
• Help produce corrugated boxes to customer specifications and quality standards.
