Job summary

International Paper in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking a General Labor employee for the 3rd shift (11pm-7am). The role pays $24.72/hr and requires reading orders, basic math, and safe operation of machinery in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include safety adherence, quality inspections, housekeeping around equipment, and completing documentation. Overtime may be required; strong teamwork and reliability are essential to success in this hourly, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a stable work history.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to perform basic math.
• Previous work in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and practices.
• Safely operate machinery.
• Read factory orders.
• Utilize basic shop math such as reading tape measures and gauges.
• Ensure consistent quality and count inspection of finished product.
• Housekeeping including cleaning and material handling around the machine area.
• Complete quality and administrative document checks with accuracy.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
