Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from an ECMCC-approved provider.
• Availability for full-time night shift on-site in LTC setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, patient education and discharge planning.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate all phases of nursing care.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy, and monitor reactions.
• Document vital signs and care provided; update care plans as needed.
• Communicate patient information to physicians and health care team.
