Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking reliable cleaners to consistently meet quality standards while servicing commercial properties. The role requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work irregular hours as needed.

Starting pay is $15/hour with immediate full-time and part-time openings, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, PTO, and retirement plan. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 6pm–2:30am. Travel is rare.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience is a plus
• A passion for cleanliness

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence
• Empty trash receptacles
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
• Report maintenance issues per company procedure
• Report inventory and supplies to Supervisor
• Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
