MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring cleaners to uphold high standards of cleanliness across commercial properties. You will follow the company mission, meet timeliness targets, and operate in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Shifts are Monday–Friday after 6:00pm, about 6 hours daily. We offer paid training, competitive pay starting at 18.65 USD/hour, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and paid time off. Immediate hire for both full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience is a plus.
• A passion for cleanliness.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and change behavior.
• Work irregular hours.
• Travel - rarely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Vacuum and clean units including restrooms, kitchens, lobbies.
• Dust and wipe surfaces; empty trash; report maintenance issues.
• Ensure safe working environment and proper use of supplies.
