Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service at our Vallejo location. You will handle cashiering, maintain store presentation, ensure food quality, and foster a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, processing transactions, promoting promotions, and assisting with food/beverage stations while adhering to safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm to create a welcoming environment.
• Operate the POS system for cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Maintain store presentation and pricing accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve food/beverage stations and ensure food safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility, restrooms, fueling area, and sales floor.
• Assist with car wash operations if applicable and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
