Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Furnace Operator for the night shift at our heat-treat facility in Fremont, IN. You will operate production furnaces, monitor heat-treat processes, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with training available for those new to the furnace environment. Overtime is possible and attendance must be reliable.

Qualifications

• Prior furnace or manufacturing experience preferred; training may be provided.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial furnaces and related heat treat equipment.
• Load and unload racks of metal parts safely and efficiently.
• Monitor temperatures and process settings throughout each cycle.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
