Job summary

Wayne Farms in North Carolina is seeking a dependable pallet stacker to manually load boxes onto pallets for shipping. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working on a 3rd shift (3:00 AM–1:00 PM). You will follow production patterns, maintain label orientation, and comply with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
• Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, stack/load boxes from production line on pallets following specific pattern
• Ensure stacked boxes are straight with label facing out and lot numbers turned to the outside
• Other duties as assigned
