You will scan with RF devices, ensure bin integrity, support housekeeping, and assist with audits. The position requires night shift availability in a frozen environment and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a frozen warehouse environment for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of warehouse inventory processes or ability to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work night shift schedule.
• Preferred: experience in warehouse/inventory control or damage control.
• Familiarity with freezer operations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document all damaged product within the freezer during the night shift.
• Scan damaged inventory using RF technology and accurately record findings.
• Determine whether damaged product is salvageable or requires disposal.
• Correct inventory issues related to damaged or mis-slotted product.
• Repackage salvageable product and return to correct pick slot.
• Stage damaged product for management review and segregate unsalvageable items.
• Maintain bin integrity and keep freezer area clean and safe.
• Complete Night Shift Damage Sheets and report findings to supervisors.
• Assist with audits and product weight verification as needed.
