Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a material handler at our Darien, Wisconsin facility to support freezer and distribution operations. You will operate lift trucks, load/unload trucks, and maintain inventory with attention to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include moving products, stocking, labeling, and adhering to battery room procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Lift truck certification and experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience operating powered and manual pallet jacks, clamp attachments, and pull pack attachments.
• Knowledge of battery room equipment and procedures.
• Understanding of trailer refrigeration unit operation.
• Basic math skills and inventory tracking accuracy.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of safety rules and following established procedures.
• Experience operating mobile and stationary computer equipment for inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift trucks and other equipment to move product in freezer and distribution areas.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and rail cars with proper handling and placement.
• Fill customer orders with accurate product staging, labeling, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain inventory records using computer systems and manual processes.
• Transport pallets and materials to support operations.
• Sort and handle empty pallets maintaining a clean workspace.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
