Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑conscious, outgoing team in Marion, OH. The role emphasizes accurate picking, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean work area with strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.

• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Accurately match numbers and letters.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Open and close dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment when applicable.
• Read work orders and prepare shipments.
