Job summary

KanPak, LLC is seeking an energetic Forklift Operator for our Penn Yan, NY location. You will be responsible for receiving, storing and loading products while safely operating material handling equipment.

This rotating 12-hour shift schedule requires weekend work and overtime. The role offers $20.50 per hour with a $1 night differential, and Nights are 7pm–7am. Join a team focused on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operator experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, ability to navigate through multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move material to proper storage or staging location.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Ensure all transactions are scanned and recorded to reflect a correct inventory position.
• Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards and housekeeping requirements.
• Performs other duties as required.
