Job summary

Idlogistics in Ocala, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the night shift (Wed–Sat, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM). You will pick/put-away, load/unload, and move products using powered equipment while keeping the warehouse neat, safe, and organized.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience, plus the ability to obtain OSHA or other certifications. Benefits include health coverage, 401K with matching, STD/LTD, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience or training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Pick or put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA).
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered equipment.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily and maintain safety.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Keep records to guarantee tight inventory control and security.
• Assist in physical inventories and stock rotation.
• Follow customer requirements for load count, stability, and safety.
