Job summary

ID Logistics in Ocala, Florida is seeking a warehouse associate for the night shift. You will pick, pack, and move products, operate powered equipment, and maintain inventory integrity while following safety standards.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma, 3+ years of related experience, and the ability to obtain equipment certifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, STD/LTD, and vacation time. Second shift, 6:30 PM–5:00 AM, with a $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA).
• Must be able to wear PPE as required by safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Pick or Put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA).
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily.
• Operate equipment safely following OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Stack and store product in appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with exact counts.
• Move product from staging to rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Keep records to ensure tight inventory control and security.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Follow customer requirements to ensure load count and safety.
