Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator for the Perris, CA facility to support safe, efficient warehouse operations. You will handle forklifts and EPJ, assist with picking, packing, inventory, and staging while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires basic math/reading, six months of warehouse experience, and strict adherence to procedures. Expect a 3rd shift schedule with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least six months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow safety policies, procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Perform manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment.
• Replenish inventory and prepare products for shipment, including palletizing and wrapping.
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate product placement.
• Communicate issues promptly to supervision and maintain a clean work area.
