Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations in Perris, CA. You will load, unload, pick, and consolidate products while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include using forklifts and EPJ, performing quality checks, and participating in inventories. Candidates should have basic math/reading skills and be able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least six (6) months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing and wrapping.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
