Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Forklift Operator - Night Shift for our Baytown, TX distribution center. You will handle warehouse tasks, operate forklifts, and support receiving, storage, and order preparation with safety as a priority.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, forklift certification (or ability to obtain it), attention to detail, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping documentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle product and materials per company policies and safety standards.
• Assist in receiving, storage and inventory management.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and quality checks.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces with proper labeling and storage.
