Manpower, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator in Kyle, TX to support day-to-day receiving, staging, and inventory movement. The role requires safe operation of forklifts, accurate handling of materials, and use of RF scanners and WMS tools.

The candidate should have forklift experience, at least 1 year in warehousing or logistics, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while working in a fast-paced environment with peak performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• RF scanners and WMS experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial trucks and follow PIT safety guidelines.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently, maximizing space and supporting dock operations.
• Receive supplier materials through Gantry system and ensure receipt accuracy.
• Use RF scanners (Zebra guns), tablets, and WMS to complete transactions accurately.
• Support inventory accuracy by following put-away instructions and applying FIFO when required.
