Job summary

CHEP is hiring a TPM Operator for our ASHELY IN team in a fast-paced warehouse environment in the United States. You will sort pallets, operate a forklift, and help load and unload pallets while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on work, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work night shifts with a strong work ethic. Starting pay is competitive with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial, fast-paced environment with equipment.
• Proven forklift operation in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• Strong safety knowledge for forklift operations.
• Valid forklift certification/license preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets and move them safely throughout the facility.
• Operate forklift to transport pallets, containers, and materials.
• Assist loading/unloading trucks or containers with pallets.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE daily.
• Maintain focus on production metrics and quality.
