Night shift pay includes a differential, with a base rate of $19.38/hour and a $2.00/hour night shift premium. The role requires safety focus, the ability to work in a team, basic math, and the completion of PIT training and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Able to work the full night shift.
• Able to safely operate powered industrial equipment (PIT).
• Must complete PIT training and forklift certification.
• Read, write, understand and communicate instructions.
• Basic math and accurate documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Dependable attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and other approved equipment.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and remove unsafe equipment.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Fulfill customer orders accurately and follow instructions.
• Maintain GMPs, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Report safety, quality, or equipment concerns.
• Collaborate with staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
