Job summary

PSC Group in Hebron, OH is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for the night shift to join our Warehouse Operations team. This full-time role offers on-the-job training, benefits, and room to grow within a leading site logistics provider.

Key duties include safely operating forklift and warehouse machinery, loading containers, inspecting for damage, completing paperwork, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required; paid on-the-job training is available.
• May require a valid Driver’s License and/or TWIC card depending on location.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Able to wear PPE and pass medical exams if required.
• Speak, read, write fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift and warehouse machinery.
• Load product onto containers or trailers with securement.
• Perform quality control checks by inspecting containers for damage.
• Review and complete paperwork and labels for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
