Job summary

GTI is seeking a Production Forklift Operator for a 3rd shift (10:45pm–7:15am) in Wisconsin. The role involves moving stock to pallets, transporting raw materials to workstations, and verifying labels with Work Orders.

Candidates should be able to identify materials and pass forklift certification. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; 18+ with reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Experience operating a sit down forklift.
• Must pass forklift training certification (driving and written).
• Must be able to identify materials.

Responsibilities

• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Transport raw materials, resin and supplies to production workstations.
• Verify packaging labels with Work Order and label finished pallets.
• Place finished goods to proper staging aisle in the warehouse.
• Inspect forklifts for damages and safety features before each shift.
• Drain material from machine hoppers and weigh boxes.
• Weigh and scale finished product pallets and materials.
