Job summary

Novolex in Mineral Wells, WV is seeking a Forklift Driver for the night shift (6 PM–6 AM). The role requires PIT certification, safe operation of gas or electric forklifts, and the ability to move rolls and materials throughout the facility.

You will follow safety policies, report issues, and support lean initiatives. The position offers immediate start, competitive pay with a shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of powered industrial truck experience is required.
• SAP experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate gas or electric forklift and clamp lift safely.
• Complete PIT certification course and maintain certification.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures for PIT operations.
• Move products through the facility and load/unload as directed.
• Prepare rolls for shipment using roll flipper and bander.
• Deliver materials to work areas and stock lines as per orders.
• Complete paperwork for safety, quality, production, and damages.
