Bolt Manufacturing Company in Hudson, Indiana is seeking a Night Shift Hi-Lo Driver for the Cold Heading department. This role operates a forklift to load, unload, transport, and stack materials safely and efficiently across the facility. The shift runs 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, strong basic math skills, and a keen focus on safety and accuracy in production data handling.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required and hands-on handling of loads.
• Good basic math skills for measurements and data.
• Strong safety awareness in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
• Move materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery across the facility.
• Load and unload pallets, skids, platforms and trucks; position and secure materials for transport.
• Weigh materials or products and record production data on tags/labels.
