Job summary

DrinkPAK, LLC is seeking a Forklift Driver for the Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) based at our Fort Worth, Texas facility. The role involves unloading/loading trucks, staging materials, and maintaining inventory with a focus on safety and accuracy.

A forklift certification and 1–3 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience are required. Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $24 with a $2 night shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse.
• Forklift Certification required.
• Must pass company forklift training per OSHA standards.
• Experience operating sit-down forklift and navigating WMS.
• Ability to operate/learn sit-down double wide forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trucks safely and timely.
• Plan supply needs from production schedule and schedule deliveries.
• Retrieve and verify supplies, secure pallets and move to production areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Operate forklift and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Log movements and ensure safety, GMPs and DrinkPAK policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize work area; follow instructions and safety rules.
