Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. seeks a Forklift Operator to manage material movement in our warehouse and production areas. The role uses gasoline, LPG, or electric forklifts to load, stack, and transport goods with attention to safety and efficiency.

The position runs a 2-2-3 rotating schedule from 5pm to 5am, with training on the first shift. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required; full-time employment with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass the company forklift training.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a minimum of 7 hours per day.
• Good eye, hand and foot coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in warehouse and production areas.
• Pre-shift checks: propane tanks, fluids, and clean equipment.
• Move, stack, and document loads with proper paperwork.
• Wrap and move completed products; assist other production areas as needed.
• Ensure safety practices and clean up warehouse at shift end.
