Job summary

Jtekt-North-America- is seeking a Forklift Operator/ Material Handling associate on the 3rd shift (11pm–7:30am). The role focuses on supporting production control and material flow, with responsibilities including verifying container labels, shipping/receiving support, and loading/unloading trucks.

Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet business needs. Ideal candidates will have forklift-related experience, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Forklift, walkie stacker and tugger experience preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving systems.
• Prior material handling experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Flexible hours with overtime, weekends/holidays as needed.
• Proficient English communication.
• Follow standard work and safety policies; support a team environment.
• Ability to learn and operate various equipment with focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Verify labels on containers and match with packing slips.
• Support Mazda J34a project, possibly as a water spider.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Inspect shipments and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain material flow to all manufacturing areas; work in a team.
