Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Foodware Production Technician for the 3rd shift in Huntington Beach, CA. You will handle packing, equipment tending and material movement while adhering to GMP and safety requirements.

You will perform inline QA checks, document processes and support cross-training to boost team performance. The role requires basic math skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have good hand dexterity to pack small Foodware items.
• Ability to meet safety expectations consistently.
• Willingness to work under GMP rules for food-grade manufacturing.
• Basic math skills for data collection and accurate packing.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and work in a team.
• Experience with preventative maintenance on production equipment is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent with related experience.
• Must be able to meet schedule requirements and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Pack Foodware products per SOPs and wrap straws and other items.
• Monitor machine processes and report issues to leads.
• Perform material handling and pallet transfers.
• Keep workstations clean and safe; perform daily safety checks.
• Undergo daily preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Record process data for inventory control.
• Participate in process improvement meetings.
• Cross-train for team efficiency.
• Adapt to changing customer requirements.
