• Assists manager(s) and/or other personnel as needed with a variety of responsibilities including interviewing, performance evaluations, counselings, reporting, in-service classes, addressing department down time, safety issues, department problems, and takes appropriate corrective action.
• Trains and monitors staff in hospital policies, safety, sanitation, computer use, and documentation.
• Communicates employee, equipment, and department needs to management.
• Supports management and peers by words/action.
