Qualifications

• Demonstrate knowledge of HACCP as it applies to specific plant operations.
• Confirm a satisfactory job performance and safety record.
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance audits on incoming products and in-process production.
• Monitor adherence to HACCP and GMPs and report issues.
• Generate reports using Microsoft tools and process transactions in SAP.

Skills

Ability to read and understand product specifications

Interpersonal and communication skills

Intermediate proficiency in SAP

Knowledge of HACCP practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
