Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Experienced Machine Operators for a fast-growing food manufacturing company. The Grave Shift runs 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM with a starting wage of $22.71/hour and a variable schedule of 40–48 hours per week.

Weekend and holiday availability is required, with double time on Sundays starting Day 1 and overtime opportunities. Essential duties include operating and monitoring production equipment, following safety guidelines, maintaining quality, and working as

Qualifications

3+ years of production or manufacturing experience required.
Previous machine operation experience strongly preferred.
Must be available to work approximately 75% of weekends throughout the year.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor machinery and production processes to maintain quality and productivity standards.
Follow established operating procedures, safety requirements, and production guidelines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Work effectively as part of a production team to meet daily goals.
Identify and communicate equipment or production concerns.
Maintain strong attendance and punctuality.
Perform other production and machine operation duties as assigned.
