Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain packaging/process equipment for quality production.
• Run start-up/shutdown, sanitation, and lockout procedures per SSOPs.
• Monitor product quality, weights, dates, and metal detector CCP.
• Maintain traceability and inventory records; load/unload materials.
• Troubleshoot equipment and collaborate to resolve issues.
