Job summary

Bridor is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Packer for the night shift in Salt Lake City, UT. You will ensure products are packed to customer specs, maintaining food safety and quality standards throughout the line.

The role covers front and back of the packaging line, inspecting quality, and following proper packaging procedures. Training included; a fast-paced environment awaits with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Understanding of food safety standards including HACCP, GMPs, and BRC.
• Ability to read and understand MSDS documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication skills for reporting quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Remove and discard any products that do not meet quality standards.
• Ensure deposited product on production trays meets established specifications for formed raw dough.
• Measure and inspect 4 product pieces every 15 minutes for length and weight.
• Record measurements and weights accurately using Minitab.
• Notify supervisors and production staff of any product specification issues.
• Report any foreign materials, dirt, or debris immediately.
• Record downtime and production interruptions as required.
• Verify correct product counts in each box.
• Pack products into the correct packaging using appropriate liners and materials.
