Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of floor maintenance principles and uses proper procedures on hard floors (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning).
• Operates various industrial floor care equipment.
• Uses automated equipment for large-area floor cleaning.
• Cleans carpets and upholstery (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surfaces.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
