Job summary

Chimes is hiring for a full-time floor technician to perform cleaning and maintenance at the Baltimore area site. The role involves operating floor machines, applying finishes, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Shifts are overnight (9:30pm–6:00am) with weekend work required. The job requires physical stamina and adherence to PPE and safety rules, including security procedures for the facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of Floor Technician experience preferred.
• Six months of Custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor maintenance: strip, seal, wax, burnish, and buff floors.
• Operate floor machines safely and follow manufacturer directions.
• Follow all safety rules and comply with contract specifications.
