Job summary

Giant Eagle, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to join our store team in North Olmsted, Ohio. You’ll provide friendly, accurate checkout service and assist customers on the sales floor, replenishing stock and guiding shoppers to products they need.

Training will cover multiple departments to support excellent customer care. Expect to engage with customers, maintain store standards, and participate in daily team meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 6 months.
• Education: No High School diploma required.
• Lifting: Up to 50 pounds.
• Age: At least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service by processing orders accurately and efficiently at registers.
• Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner across departments.
• Maintain clean department and work area including entrance areas and parking lot.
• Assist in replenishing stock and locating products on shelves and back room operations.
