Job summary

Cartamundi is seeking a Floor Person for the 3rd shift in Erlanger, KY. The role coordinates materials and inventory flow, monitors production line operations, and supports staffing coverage. You will perform picking and packing via SAP and assist with minor machine adjustments to improve efficiency.

Requirements include 1–3 years' experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and SAP familiarity. Shift is 10:45 pm–6:45 am, Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Basic computer skills and able to work with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material requirements and ensure all necessary materials are available.
• Review work orders to determine materials required for daily production.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Make minor adjustments to the machine in absence of an adjuster.
• Prepare product for shipment by picking and packing orders via SAP transactions.
• Monitor personnel in the unit to ensure adequate numbers for production and schedule breaks.
