Pritchard Industries, Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Technician in Austin, TX to keep all floor surfaces clean, safe, and visually appealing while supporting infection-control standards.

You will perform stripping, waxing, sealing, buffing, vacuuming, and routine cleaning, with a 40-hour workweek and a schedule of 8:00 PM–5:00 AM. The role offers pay at $20 per hour plus health benefits, a 401(k), and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with floor-care equipment and floor-maintenance procedures.
• Strong understanding of stripping and waxing processes.
• Hardworking, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor stripping, waxing, sealing, buffing, and related preparation processes.
• Complete tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain overall floor cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend shifts.
