Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a facilities cleaner for nightly shifts to perform floor care and related cleaning tasks in our facilities. You will operate cleaning equipment, remove wax buildup, scrub and refinish floors, and maintain walls, carpets, and upholstery.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with floor care and/or related field desired.
• Availability for shift work and able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily restorative cleaning of floors in facilities.
• Operate cleaning equipment and perform manual floor care tasks.
• Remove wax buildup and scrub/refinish floor surfaces.
• Clean walls, carpet, and upholstery; maintain equipment and safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean and safe, follow procedures and policies.
