The role involves assembling filtration products in a team environment, following setup sheets, performing quality checks, and maintaining records. Minimum qualifications include mechanical aptitude, basic math, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. DOT/HAZMAT and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Exhibit mechanical aptitude; use gauges, calipers, indicators.
• Ability to use computer and understand basic math principles.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Education and experience combining high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of trade school or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and understand the operations and machines involved with the media process.
• Produce media within quality and quantity standards per prints/route sheets.
• Perform quality checks and tests as assigned.
• Follow first piece and setup sheets.
• Monitor production rates.
• Complete paperwork: scrap report, media usage sheet, media testing sheet, oil runs, etc.
• Perform machine change over.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies.
• Wear designated personal protective equipment as required.
