Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals in Dallas, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse Float Pool for night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am) with rotating weekends to deliver high-quality patient-centered care across Ortho, MedSurg, Tele and PCU. You will advocate for patients, educate families, and document care per standards.

Requirements include TX RN license or compact license, BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of acute care experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current TX RN license or compact license.
• BLS by AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS by AHA or Red Cross.
• Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience in last 3 years.
• Experience in Ortho, MedSurg, Tele, or PCU preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient condition at admission and on each shift, noting changes to report.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor response, and document care in medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
