Job summary

Lexington Health in South Carolina seeks an Inpatient Float Pool RN for full-time night shift (7pm–7:30am). The role provides supplemental staffing across units, delivering nursing care per standards and collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Minimum 3 years of acute care with 1 year in CCU/IMC, SC RN license, and ACLS certification required. Sign-on bonus offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: ADN, Diploma or Bachelors of Science in Nursing
• Minimum Years of Experience: 3 Years of acute care, with at least 1 year of Critical Care or Intermediate Care in past 5 years
• Required Certifications/Licensure: Current SC RN license; ACLS certification or within 6 months of hire
• Refer to Mandatory Certification Requirements for various nursing specialties.
• Required Training: None

Responsibilities

• Provides supplemental staffing to Medical Surgical or Critical Care Units as assigned
• Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintains patient care documentation and ensures confidentiality and safety
