Job summary

Goodyear Fleet Services in Edwardsville, IL is seeking an Automotive / Fleet Technician for the night shift. You will service delivery vans and DOT vehicles at client sites, perform oil changes, tire services, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.

Shift is Monday–Friday 6PM–4AM. Must have 2 years DOT inspections and brake service experience, and DOT Brake Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days; valid driver's license and 21+ years old.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience performing qualified DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and brake-related services.
• DOT Brake Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license and meet DOT physical requirements, including being at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Servicing delivery vans and DOT vehicles for scheduled preventative maintenance at a client site.
• Perform line technician services such as oil changes and tire services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, and tire installation.
• Advanced repairs and state inspections.
• Training for this role may take place in a customer retail environment prior to working on the client site.
