CR&R Incorporated is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Mechanic for Fleet Maintenance to keep our fleet safe and reliable and support daily operations.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, inspect vehicles for issues, and document services. The role may involve assisting Diesel Mechanics and working in a safety-conscious environment, with night/evening shifts common and overtime regular as part of this position.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of vehicle maintenance or mechanical experience.
• Willingness to learn and follow maintenance procedures.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds.
• Safety-focused and dependable work ethic.
• Comfortable working evening or overnight shifts.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for maintenance or safety issues.
• Complete service documentation accurately.
• Assist Diesel Mechanics with repairs as needed.
• Work safely in an active maintenance environment.
