CR&R Incorporated in San Juan Capistrano, CA is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Mechanic to keep fleet vehicles serviced and ready for daily operations. You will perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to support fleet safety and reliability.

We welcome mechanics with 1–2 years of vehicle maintenance experience and a willingness to learn our procedures. The role requires the ability to lift over 50 pounds and a safety-first mindset, with evening or overnight shift options.

Formación

• 1–2 years of vehicle maintenance or mechanical experience.
• Willingness to learn and follow maintenance procedures.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds.
• Safety-focused and dependable work ethic.
• Comfortable working evening or overnight shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Complete service documentation accurately.
• Assist Diesel Mechanics with repairs as needed.
• Work safely in an active maintenance environment.
