Job summary

Superior Industries Inc. in Loganville, GA, is seeking a Night Shift Fitter to build high-quality products with precision and craftsmanship. You will read blueprint drawings to prepare parts and weld surfaces, perform tack welds and welds, and ensure proper penetration and appearance.

This on-site night shift runs 4:00pm–4:30am, Monday through Thursday. You will safely operate fabrication equipment, maintain documentation, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Open to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprint drawings to prepare parts and weld surfaces.
• Perform tack welds and welds appropriate to the material and position, ensuring proper penetration, strength, and appearance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure information flows with each component through final weld areas.
• Safely operate and maintain fabrication equipment, including welders, torches, hand and air tools, punches, saws, drill presses, and mag drills.
• Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of overhead and jib cranes for lifting and material handling.
