Superior Industries is hiring night shift welders who take pride in precision and quality. You’ll read blueprints, set up equipment, and weld to 1G certification standards in a safety‑first, team‑driven environment.

The role runs 4:30pm–3:00am Mon-Thu with a $3/hr differential, weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, boot reimbursements, and helmet credits.

Qualifications

• Safely operating cranes, forklifts, and welding equipment.
• Ensure all welding work meets quality standards.
• Capable of precise measurements and conversions; certified in welding to 1G standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints; prepare weld surfaces; perform welding to 1G standards.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, ironworker, band saw, drill press and other tools safely.
• Accurately use tape measures and convert units; maintain documentation.
