Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor final packaging equipment including bagging, sealing, labeling, and boxing machinery.
• Inspect finished products for quality, labeling accuracy, and batch specifications.
• Weigh, count, and verify product quantities; maintain batch logs and traceability records.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary packaging environment following GMP and HACCP procedures.
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams to address issues and ensure safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and report shortages.
• Follow safety protocols, report malfunctions, and participate in SOP and training.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• Support team members and cross-functional departments to meet production goals.
