Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is hiring at our Green Bay, WI facility for a Filler Operator to safely package products in cups, pouches, bags, or bottles. You will load packaging materials, perform quality checks, and document procedures while learning 1–3 filler machines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Prior experience in a food production or packaging environment, or operating automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, set up, operate, and monitor filler equipment to achieve safe and efficient production.
• Load and verify correct packaging materials for each product run.
• Set machine speeds and adjust filler timing, fill volume, and other parameters using HMI controls.
• Monitor weights, seals, caps, and packaging integrity throughout production.
• Perform quality checks and collect samples for testing to confirm standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine performance issues and escalate when needed.
• Complete accurate documentation of production processes and shift handoffs.
• Execute product changeovers and sanitation tasks, including CIP per SSOPs.
