Job summary

Tuscan Dairy is seeking a Filler Operator to run one of its filling machines on the production line. You will monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment, ensure accurate packaging, and maintain paperwork and quality checks throughout the shift.

The role requires teamwork, clear communication, and safety and GMP compliance. Night shift runs 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, with Sundays and one weekday off; competitive pay is provided at $24.39 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production line equipment.
• Complete documentation and quality checks.
• Monitor weights, seals, and packaging of product.
• Make adjustments to filler timing and filling; check mat as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
• Collect samples for quality assurance testing.
• Ensure proper packaging materials are used.
• Perform line changeovers safely and efficiently.
• Complete cleaning checklist after run and prepare for next run.
• Maintain communication with other departments and report problems.
